It’s been a year since my last post! How did that happen?! I wasn’t sure what to do for my first post but have decided to just jump straight back in and hopefully I will getting back into the habit of planning posts and start using this space more regularly again. Our internet remains my biggest bugbear…

Anyway, Oscar lost his front tooth over the summer holidays!  The following evening I asked him to stand outside in the garden while I took some pictures using the small tree in the corner as a backdrop. I’m continuing to shoot manual on my camera, a process that I’m learning myself through reading lots of tutorials and many Youtube videos! It’s a learning curve thats for sure but I’m enjoying having more control and I’m really pleased with how these turned out.

We’ve been enjoying some beautiful weather this summer. I love how the children are running about barefoot and shirtless, their skin taking on a gorgeous glow. I hope the sun is shining with you.
